It also placed a clear first on the top ten daily-turnover list, found below, making it the "stock of the day" on the NEX Board.

Two NEX stocks traded more than ten times on Tuesday, with the above-mentioned Golden Hat being the most numerous trader with 28 trades. The first two trades went at the previous closing price of 6.5 cents/share, which proved to be the low of the day. The next three went for 7 cents/share, and were followed by thirteen trades which all went for 7.5 cents/share. The five subsequent went for 8 cent/share, the day's high, which was followed by one trade at 7.5 cents/share. All but two of them were odd-lot-sized, and all twenty-three of those were bought through PI Financial. PI was also the sell-side institution for one of the two board-lot-sized trades, of 3,500 shares at about 2:12 PM ET. Unusually, there was a change in the price of the odd-lot'ers: the first twelve went for 49 cents/share and the others went for 50 cents/share. The three board-lot'ers all went for 53 cents/share, leaving SIV.H up 3 cents/share from the previous close on 10,968 shares' daily volume. Silvio placed seventh on the top-ten list by daily turnover of free-trading shares, found below.

There was a two-way tie for the top percentage gainer in Tuesday's trading; both of the ones that gained 33.33% on the day were the same issues that were Monday's top decliners. The first one was Biomerge Industries Ltd. [NEX: BIL.H], which closed at 2 cents/share for a gain of 0.5 cents/share on the day. The second was Global Tree Technologies Inc. [NEX: GTT.H], which also closed at 2 cents/share for a gain of 0.5 cents/share on the day. Biomerge traded seven times, with a total daily volume of 11,050 shares. Three of the four board-lot'ers, of 20,000, 13,000 and 10,000 shares each, went at 1.5 cents/share. The last one, of 7,000 shares, went at the closing price of 2 cents/share, making for a similarity with Biomerge. Those two closes left the two issues at the same price that they were as of last Friday's close.
