News Releases From NEX Companies For October 19th

There were no news releases from any NEX company that were picked up by Marketwire on Friday. There were, on the other hand, two bulletins from NEX companies at the bottom of Friday's TSX Venture Daily Bulletins, and one from a soon-to-be former one in the middle. The first bulletin concerns Dorato Resources Inc. [NEX: DRI.H], whose shares were halted, as of 9:12 AM PT or 12:12 PM ET, pending news from the company. DRI.H's last closing price of 67 cents/share was set on Sept. 28th.

The second bulletin at the bottom was from Millstreet Industries Inc. [NEX: MLI.H], and it announces the TSX Venture's acceptance for filing of the documentation for a $372,000 private placement composed of 6,200,000 shares at a price of 6 cents/share. 4 million of them were taken up by one of the four placees, insider Lionel Kambeitz. MLI.H closed at 10 cents/share on Friday, up 1.5 cents/share from its previous close on October 11th. Canjex Publishing has a webbed copy of the Millstreet bulletin here, and the Dorato one here; it also has copies of parts of the following one.

The bulletin from the former NEX company, as of next Monday's opening, is from what used to be DVD Investments Limited, now Mooncor Oil and Gas Corp. [NEX: DVD.H; as of Oct. 22nd trading, VSE: MOO.] The trading halt, in force since November 3/06, has now been lifted, and the stock will trade as MOO starting next Monday. It now qualifies as a Tier 2 Venture company, and that's what it will become. The rest of the bulletin has details on the shareholder-approved name change, the TSX Venture-approved reverse takeover of/by Mooncor that put all of the old Mooncor Energy's shares in the hands of the new company, and two private placements whose documentation has been accepted for filing by the TSX Venture: one of $2,057,801 worth of units and another of $2,000,000 worth of convertible debentures. [Correction Note: A bulletin for Mooncor in the middle of the Oct. 22nd TSX Venture Exchange Bulletins corrects two items in this paragraph: the full name of the new company and the amount of the private placement of units. Both items have been corrected in this entry.]

There were no releases sent exclusively through Canjex from a NEX company on Friday.
